About Me

I left The Royal Forest of Dean College in 2002 with a Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, in 2003 I achieved NVQ Nail Technology.  I went on to work in Bristol and within the local area.  During this time I also taught part-time at The Royal Forest of Dean College and achieved a teaching qualification (2005) and Assessors award (2007).

I trained with a couple of nail companies firstly CND (Creative Nail Design) and became the first nail technician in Wales to achieve their highest qualification the Grand Master.  I then trained with EZ Flow up to their Master Artist status.

 I decided in 2006 to become self-employed and started to look for premises.  The Beauty Studio was born in July 2008 having had the keys a week previously.

About The Beauty Studio

Since qualifying in beauty and nails I like to keep up to date with everything within the industry, I regularly attend trade shows in London and Birmingham and continually update my training.  Just within the last 12 months I have trained with 'The Wax Queen' Kim Lawless at her Essex base in Female Itimate Waxing, Speed Waxing and Brow Design, also with CND (Creative Nail Design) to become a qualified Shellac provider.

 This year I have trained in Male Intimate Waxing in Essex with Kim in February and in May I was in Bristol at Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork (BCMB) for a 3 day Deep Tissue Massage course with Andy Fagg.  In July I went back to BCMB for a weekend intro course in Sports & Remedial Massage.

In September I will training in Remedial & Sports Massage Level 5 at BCMB, in November 2015 i qualified.

in July this year I will be offering Kinesiology Taping.

The Beauty Studio offers a wide range of treatments for men and women with complete confidentiality.

The Beauty Studio accepts cash and cheque only.

The Beauty Studio is situated just off Welsh Street car park in Chepstow, right by the 30 minute free area.
